Refund policy

You may return your order within 30 days if the package is unopened.
Opened 10-packs are non-returnable.

Please contact us before returning your order so we can issue a return ID. Returns sent without a return ID are not eligible for a refund.

As we offer free shipping, the customer is responsible for return postage costs.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Return postage costs are non-refundable.
